WHAT WE NEED FOR PRINT-READY ARTWORK:

To ensure the best possible print quality, submitted artwork should meet the following requirements:

✓ Correct Size – Artwork should be created at the actual size needed for printing.

✓ High Resolution – Files should be 300 DPI whenever applicable. Screenshots, blurry images, or low-resolution graphics are not considered print-ready.

✓ Proper File Format – Preferred formats are PDF, PNG, EPS, SVG, or other high-resolution/vector files depending on the product.

✓ Transparent Background – For apparel, DTF transfers, stickers, and similar products, PNG artwork should have a transparent background when required.

✓ Bleed Included – Printed materials requiring edge-to-edge printing should include the appropriate bleed.

✓ Finalized & Proofread – All spelling, names, dates, numbers, and other information should be reviewed before submission.

✓ Fonts & Graphics – Fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines when applicable, and all graphics should be properly linked or embedded.

PLEASE NOTE: Print-ready means the artwork can go directly into production without additional design, rebuilding, cleanup, background removal, resizing, or formatting.

Files that do not meet these requirements may require an additional artwork setup or design fee before production can begin.
