• Our normal business hours are Monday Friday 9am - 7pm (CST).​

• Our standard processing time takes up to 7 business days. Our processing time excludes weekends, vacations, and holidays.

• All payments must be received prior to production. We accept credit cards, debit cards with an American Express, Master Card, and/or Visa logo. Paypal and Zelle is also accepted. We do not accept physical cash or personal checks.

• Any orders not picked up as agreed will incur shipping and handling fees.
